In addition to a variety of grilled dishes, bacon and eggs, pancakes, steaks, vegetables and seafood – plancha is perfect for this.  Suitable for use on charcoal and gas grills, gas burners, stoves (including induction cooker). NB! Do not use the maximum power on the induction cooker!
